POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for delivering tires to and from local stores for customers participating in the Seasonal Tire Storage program. The individual will also manage checking tires into storage, as well as picking tires from storage. Will coordinate temporary agency staff during peak season. During the off peak seasons, will assist in Field Service tasks. This position is based in Spokane, Washington and requires travel. Remote work arrangements are not available for this position.

TIRE STORAGE COORDINATOR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering Tires and other inventory to stores. Working with stores to establish inventory transfer outbound and inbound handling procedures. Coordinating emergency retrieval requests with stores.
• Managing Tires in various storage locations. Picking tires from storage for delivery to stores and creating manifests for stores. Checking tires into storage at the warehouse locations. Training seasonal team members on program delivery operations. Assist Stores in reviewing program procedures.
• Coordinating temporary agency staff for Tire Storage activities.
• During off peak season, will assist in Field Services tasks, traveling to Stores as needed to install IT equipment and to help with store projects such as New Stores, Modernizations and Remodels.

TIRE STORAGE COORDINATOR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
• Ability to work with program applications to scan Tires and print manifests
• Ability to operate a tire picker
• Ability to use powered hand-tools
