Well let me tell you, there is no other mountain like Saddleback. Sitting at 4,120 feet in elevation we have big mountain terrain, however, our lodge has an intimate, small-mountain feel. Hike, bike, swim, camp, fish, canoe, and more all within a 30-minute drive.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintains a basic knowledge of all types of tickets/products sold at the Resort.
• Selling of tickets, season passes, gift cards, and in-house cards.
• Have knowledge of point-of-sale systems to process vouchers, gift cards, sale of tickets, and season passes.
• Complete all necessary daily paperwork.
• Assists guests with directions and other resort information.
• Remains aware of employee conduct as it may relate to resort security (i.e., theft).
• Remains aware of consumer fraud as it may relate to resort security (i.e., theft).
• Cooperates with rentals, ski school and other departments as appropriate.
• Answers guest questions pertaining to the resort and surrounding area, as well as any questions regarding departments, events, activities and more.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays, and during adverse weather events such as snowstorms.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively and handle guests and employees with courtesy.
• Ability with computers, cash handling, and credit card processing.

Required Education and Experience:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• A worker’s permit may be applicable.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
