Terminal Scheduler Job at HEP Services LLC
- Scheduling Activities (Barge, Vessel, Pipeline, Truck, & Rail)
- Pipeline nominations and tracking
- Inventory and volume timing and management reconciliation
- Barge nominations, demurrage and loading
- Measurement Analysis, tanks outturns to vessels and line displacements; Inspection Company interface
- Truck, marine vessels and rail car logistics, tracking
- Analyze data and develop presentation materials to be used for Senior Management discussions
- Track reported grade differentials and reasons for changes
- Track market impacting factors, pipeline issues and refinery maintenance/issues
- Prepare weekly reports
- Monitor trends in inventory changes
- Monthly reporting
- Monthly reconciliation of volumes to provide monthly reporting
- Assist in internal and PWC audits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- 3+ years of scheduling, back office or operational experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Technical aptitude to learn quickly and become self-sufficient
- Business aptitude to understand Midstream operations as well as the downstream value chain
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Flexibility to work hours as needed to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
