Baranko Environmental is seeking an Equipment/Decon Operator to join our team. We are a small, close knit service company with a large TENORM decontamination operation at our Dickinson facility. This is a great place to learn it all and build your skillset.

Wage/Salary
Our wage/salary we offer is very competitive for the environmental industry. Our supervisors closely monitor employee’s performance and pay advancements are made accordingly.
Referral Program
The referral program offers additional bonuses to current and new employees. If referred by a current Baranko environmental employee, you could receive a $500 bonus.
Insurance
Employees are eligible to sign up for health, dental, and vision insurance. The employer pays a portion of the premium for the employee. The employee can add a single plus dependent or family plan and several other insurance products are also available through the Baranko groups.
New in 2022: After 5 consecutive years of employment, Baranko will pay half of the employee contribution, regardless of if you have a single, single plus dependent, or a family plan. After 10 consecutive years of employment, we will pay the entire cost, regardless of if you have a single, single plus dependent, or family plan.
Vacation
Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of vacation time in the first year of employment and 80 hours in the second year of employment.
New in 2022: After 5 consecutive years of employment, you can accrue up to 120 hours of vacation time and after 10 consecutive years of employment, you can accrue up to 160 hours.
401(k)
Employees are eligible to participate in 401(k) plan after their first year of service.
