The Detroit Regional Chamber in Detroit, MI is seeking a part-time, temporary Program Coordinator to facilitate the Let's Detroit program in partnership with and in the absence of the Let's Detroit Program Manager. This temporary part time position offers a flexible schedule and earns a competitive wage of up to $25.00 per hour, plus free monthly parking. This position may qualify as an internship with the potential to receive academic credit.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROGRAM COORDINATOR (LET'S DETROIT)

The majority of the time this role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with stakeholders as well as providing administrative support and managing the campus ambassador program including onboarding students and tracking deadlines. This position will also coordinate sponsors benefits with the appropriate department, plan and manage several in-person events, and coordinate content with the marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM COORDINATOR (LET'S DETROIT)

An ideal candidate for the Coordinator, Let's Detroit position would embody or possess exceptional interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication, experience facilitating meetings, creativity, event planning, and project coordination.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A TEMPORARY PROGRAM COORDINATOR (LET'S DETROIT)

This position is part-time and will work 28 hours per week. This position is temporary, we are looking for someone to be available December 2022 - April 2023. The hours/ days of work are flexible but should fall between Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. The person in this role may need to travel throughout Southeastern Michigan. There are also opportunities to work from home.
