Temporary Customer Service Representative Job at Rice University
The temporary customer service representative will work with the athletic ticket office at athletic events with primary roles in ticket sales and will call, as well as providing excellent customer service to fans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers and handling cash and credit credit transactions, as well as possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Minimum qualifications include computer skills, flexible schedule (including weekday and weekend availability), and excellent organizational and planning skills.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist box office on event days/nights.
- Provide customer service to patrons during events.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Other team relevant jobs assigned by supervisor.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills Required:
- Computer skills
- Weekday/weekend availability, flexible schedule
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and an ability to work extended days, hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays are requirements
