Heritage Federal Credit Union is looking for helpful, customer service savvy individuals to fill our full-time Teller positions. Weekday scheduling may vary; however, candidates need to be available Fridays from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, and Saturdays (rotating) from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sincerely greeting each Member into the branch
- Quickly and accurately assisting Members with cash and non-cash transactions including, but not limited to:
- Payments
- Withdrawals
- Deposits
- Balancing cash drawer
- Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services
- Cross selling products and services
- Filling in at other locations as needed
- Other duties as required
Qualifications Include:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to provide excellent service in a friendly, helpful way
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to handle cash correctly
