Teller and Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions
- Provide customer service and answer general questions
- Cross-sell financial institution's products and services
- Provide account services to customers
- Balance cash drawer and ATM
- Scan teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
