- Answering incoming calls to hospital, providing patient information, overhead paging when needed, and individual beeper paging.
- Operators at the Medical Center answer calls for the Physicians Answering Service, in addition to processing and delivering messages.
- Coordinating Code Blue, Code Red, Code Yellow, Code Pink, Code Black and Trauma
- High School diploma.
- 1-3 years operator or switchboard experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills is a Call Center environment
