KidStrong Eagan is seeking a remote Telesales Phone Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, providing information about our programs, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is available multiple nights a week from 3 to 6pm and one weekend day and lives in the Twin Cities-Metro area. This is a part-time position starting at $15.00 per hour with heavy commission structure for converting leads to members.
Only Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro candidates will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about KidStrong programs
- Use persuasive communication techniques to close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and KidStrong programs
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in telesales or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
