Teen Center – Lead Staff Job at Boys & Girls Club Oskosh

Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh provides after-school care to over 700 youth in the Oshkosh area. We are currently looking for a Teen Center Lead Staff person to work with 7th – 12th graders at The Club Teen Center!
Responsibilities include:
- Driving a Club van to pick students up from school and for field trips
- Planning programs members are excited to participate in
- Creating of a fun and safe environment for enrolled youth
Working hours for the Teen Center Lead are 2:00 – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday (must be available at least 4 days per week during these hours).
The starting pay rate for this role is $15.00 per hour
Additional information/requirements:
- This role is a mandated child abuse reporter.
- Must have an acceptable driving record in accordance with insurance requirements.
- Previous experience working with middle- and high-school aged youth strongly preferred.
- Must be able to interact physically with children during program activities.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
