• Specially equipped service vehicle*

What you will do:

• Perform tech repair and services via an outfitted and branded service vehicle
• Travel to and from various job tasks and work sites**
• Utilize service and communication apps to view daily orders, complete job tasks, and communicate with your team members and field support teams
• Sell Connected Home protection to eligible clients
• Sell accessories
• Manage logistics of daily repairs
• Manage serialized part stock and inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Prior experience in phone repair (preferred)****
• Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• A personal vehicle to drive to depot sites to pickup your assigned service vehicle
• Comfort working around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in customer homes experienced technicians
• Ability to pass urine drug screening and background checks

**Travel times and conditions vary, and may be subject to inclement traffic Field support team to facilitate and weather. Must be able to operate a vehicle for prolonged periods repairs and logistics in real-time without fatigue

***This position is full-time(40 hours/ week), but, due to the inconsistent nature of customer-set appointments, exact hour logs per day cannot be guaranteed

****Some knowledge in repair, sales, and customer service is good but not required. We will train the right candidate who is hungry and looking for new

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
