Just-Evotec Biologics is seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer, that desires a significant opportunity to improve worldwide access to biotherapeutics.
The position is part of the Just-Evotec Biologics Quality team and will report directly to Director QMS. In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Revise SOP's, Work Instructions, or any other technical documentation.
- Ensure that the technical content of all documents is correct, through collaboration with relevant technical experts.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables and project timelines are maintained.
- Ensuring any exception to the approved timeline is escalated to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with corrective and preventive action/deviation owners to assist in any updates or generated documentation according to their timelines.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with personnel and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as required.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medical, mathematics, engineering, or a related field).
- 2+ years of in biotechnology or biopharmaceutical experience.
Qualification Requirements:
- knowledge of cGMP in the pharma/Biotech industry preferred
- Relevant technical writing experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Excellent IT Skills using Microsoft or similar software.
- Ability to interpret, organize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities against fixed timelines.
- Ability to deal with complexity, ambiguity, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Possess effective task/time management organizational skills
- Good interpersonal, team, and communication skills are a must
- Ability to communicate effectively over teleconference and web-based meetings are necessary.
- Strong computer skills include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project)
