Technical Trainer Job at CrossFire Group
Our client, a major chemical manufacturer, is looking to for a Training Instructor to join their team in Whitehouse, OH, and provide training for the needs of their Automotive Refinish Group.
This contract position (eligible for extension or direct hire for the right candidate) offers a starting pay rate of $44/hour (benefits are available).
As a Regional Trainer, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of technical training programs, manage a physical training center, and conduct training on Refinity such as mix and scan, RO management, and inventory management.
- Conduct courses for internal team members, distributor team members, and end customers and teach in-person as well as virtual classes.
- Be the content expert on projects that deal with helping to build e-Learning modules. You will be looked upon as the digital expert with all of the client’s digital tools and leader in social media avenues.
- Manage a training facility, including working with co-workers, agencies, and vendors to obtain third party services for maintenance and on-going operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years in the automotive collision industry as well as previous training expertise
OR
- High school diploma or equivalent with 10 years of industry expertise and previous training expertise.
- Must possess strong technical skills in the automotive refinish industry, advanced facilitation skills, and general knowledge of business operations in the collision repair industry.
