Technical Support Specialist
Automated Security, a leader in access control and commercial security, is seeking a full-time
technical support/help desk specialist. We are looking for a career-minded individual with great
communication skills and a strong work ethic and someone who wants to become a member of a
successful team within a growing industry. If you are currently in the security, alarm, or IT industry,
then this position could be an exciting fit.
This new team member’s responsibilities include supporting field technicians and customers to help
resolve technical issues pertaining to various security systems including automatic gates, keypads,
cameras, burglar alarm systems, and computer networks. This is a fast-paced position in a
collaborative team environment with continuous interaction with clients and field technicians on a
daily basis. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
3 years of experience in the security technology or IT industry is preferred and the willingness to learn
