With your professional expertise you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.

YOUR MISSION

• Contributing to the further development and optimization of technical processes
• Processing and solving technical fault reports via telephone or digital media
• Supporting our Customer Service teams to achieve our goals
• Additional and special tasks within the scope of project work

YOUR PROFILE

• IT-technical training or several years of professional experience in dealing with hardware and/or software
• Ideally, first professional experience in the areas of technical service & support
• You are fluent in English and minimum one additional language (French, Chinese and/or Spanish)Confident handling of iOS and Android devices or interfaces
• You have strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• You find it easy to explain complex issues in simple terms
• You are willing to develop and educate yourself further
• You are a real team player with a good portion of fun at work
