PCM TRIALS provides quality, in-home clinical trial visits for various Sponsors and CROs. We're the only company that hires, trains, certifies, tests, and manages our own Certified Mobile Research Nurses (CMRNs). Summary

Reporting to the VP of Research Technology, the System Product Manager is responsible for identifying the customer need and the larger business objectives that a systems product or feature will fulfill. Articulating what success looks like for a product and rallying a team to turn that vision into a reality. We envision this role to own the company's custom Clinical Trial Tracking System (built on Salesforce) and its source data technologies in the field.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, an associate product manager, or related field
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, and working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management, peers, subordinates, and external partners. Must display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of related clinical research industry experience preferred
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Ability to travel 0-10%

For Colorado based applicants, the general range of pay is $85,000 - $127,750.
The hiring pay would be based on years of experience and other market-based factors.
