We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst for a highly visible Federal program. This work is remote, however, we prefer candidates live in the Washington, DC Metro area.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Project Architect and Developers to translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
- Develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements
- Translate business requirements into user stories using Salesforce terminology
- Validation testing
- Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests
- Assist in training rollouts to new users and grow the application knowledge
- Envision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics
- Requirements include: Minimum of one year of Salesforce functional experience
- Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories
- Experience with Validation Testing
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Experience participating in grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
