Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is the internal staffing agency for the Johns Hopkins Health System and partner hospitals, providing temporary support to a variety of the Johns Hopkins locations. Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
- Starting care package, clinician interface, lab draw supplies, lab bags.
- Answering phones, triaging patient calls, family member questions.
- Point of contact for patients.
- Taking information, email clinicians.
- Managing back up supplies for wound care.
- Data entry for productivity, payroll and reimbursement.
- Support managers and clinicians.
High School Diploma and some college, 3 years experience
Software used: Concur, EPIC (view only)
