Hiring immediately! Being a Boloco Crew Member is hard work but it’s also a lot of fun. At Boloco, we like to laugh and we LOVE making our guests happy. A Boloco Crew Member is expected to be a master of a lot of things, including knowing the Boloco Menu inside and out - everything from burritos to bowls to chocolate chip cookies. Students and teens are encouraged to apply. Prior experience at Chipotle, Qdoba or Moe's is an asset!

A Boloco Crew Member is expected to be a MASTER of the following:

• Rolling burritos in your sleep!
• Greeting every guest with a SMILE.
• Understanding and communicating allergies, special diets or other requests, etc.
• Practicing proper hygiene practices when serving food
• Working well and communicating with team members under pressure

A Boloco Crew member with no experience starts off at $15/hour with an average tip earning of an additional $3.11/hour! Experienced team members and shift managers begin at $16-18 per hour and higher.

• CPR/Choke-saver certified
