_ Looking for a Team Manager to FOCUS ON SALES/OPERATIONS _
SDI in conjunction with Currency Exchange International provides currency exchange services to passengers traveling internationally at JFK International Airport. Currently there is an open position to lead a team at one of our 3 operations at JFK.
If you have experience working in a banking or retail leadership role and are looking to change careers this may be a great opportunity to work in a fast paced, friendly and fun environment.
You will need to be to able to lead and manage a team of 10 or more, execute established KPI'S, and achieve monthly sales goals.
Accountability for operational policies and procedures of the business and the airport/terminal
Ability to work a flex schedule
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to interact with customers/employees
- Interface with External stakeholders: partners/3rd parties (e.g. Airport Authorities/Concession Managers)
Role purpose:
To deliver the highest levels of customer service and achieve all sales goals by being able to coach the team using various established company sales processes. Responsible to manage all operational risk, and to ensure that compliance standards are upheld. The role also will assist in the inventory management of the stores.
This role will report directly to the General Manager for JFK International Airport.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
