We are looking for Full and Part Time Team Leads who can help support our team to deliver an amazing guest experience and great customer service. If you’re obsessed with beautiful things, warm hospitality and incredible shoes, then come join us!
What You’ll Do
- Become an expert on the full Sarah Flint catalog and provide style advice and product recommendations to suit a customer’s unique needs.
- Engage with loyal customers IRL: form new customer relationships for the brand and seek opportunities to surprise and delight our customers.
- Educate visitors on our product assortment, brand history and value proposition.
- Implement solutions to any problems or issues that arise.
- Maintain operational excellence implementing key policies, procedures, training and initiatives with your team.
- Use KPIs and reporting to create business solutions and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, uphold and embrace Sarah Flint’s mission and core values.
About You
- 1+ years experience in retail or hospitality leadership including managing a front-line team
- A can-do attitude and the willingness to own every challenge and roll up your sleeves as needed
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
