Lead, supervise and mentor a team of cross-functional professionals consisting of Software Developers, Business Analysts and Quality Analysts of varying skill levels. Work through Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in Agile environment. Conduct Agile, Scrum and Kanban procedures throughout Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Support database design and utilize appropriate development tools, including SQL, JIRA and Team Foundation Server (TFS). Identify incident trends and provide impact of trends on incident volume. Create, architect, build, improve scalable software application for managing Electronically Signed documents used by Brokers and borrowers, in Visual Studio platform to integrate communication with DocMagic systems, to support business, process and compliance requirements including Broker Identity Single Sign-on, with Microservices architecture (MSA), built in C#, JSON, XML, and JavaScript programming languages, and MS Structured Query Language (MS SQL) relational database, deployed with Docker on Kubernetes cluster and interface with Apache Kafka cluster to persist inbound and outbound documents. Following experience is preferred: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related. 5 years experience as Developer, Engineer, Analyst, Consultant, Lead, Software Development Specialist, or related, creating and building scalable software application for management software systems to support business, process and compliance requirements with Microservices architecture (MSA), or related.

  • Facilitate collaboration on your team, and among our other technical discipline leads
  • Foster adoption and adherence to our Agile software methodology
  • Drive to keep projects on track
  • Keep senior leaders well informed during the project life cycle
  • Participate in interviews
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Must Have Qualifications :
  • Computer-related degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to communicate with strong technical skills
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with software project management
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Experience with customer management (setting expectations, relationship management)
  • Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environment
  • Experience with team member management
  • Full software life-cycle experience
  • Exemplary communication abilities
  • Ability to mentor developers
  • Excellent organizational skills
Good to Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with database design
  • Experience in the mortgage industry
  • Experience with TFS and SVN
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience unit testing
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles
