Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital _ Cabell County, WV

Under the general supervision from the Director of the Rehabilitative Services Department, this staff will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating a variety of programs for the patients of the hospital. This staff will be responsible for acting as a treatment team member for a unit, which entails timely completion of assessments, participation at staff meetings and rounds, recommendation of groups that were identified on the initial rehabilitation assessment, reporting to all involved parties on patient progress, documentation and follow up.

This is a tobacco free facility. Chosen applicants must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in Agency and Bureau policies. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Candidate must successfully pass a background screening.

Minimum Qualifications

Training: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in the area of assignment.

Substitution: One year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in the area of assignment may substitute for the required major.
