Hiring: Before and After School Teacher (Possibility of working Year Round)

• Pay Range: $14.50-$17.00 (Based on Experience and Credentials)
• Monday through Friday
• School Year Hours: 6am-9am, 3pm-6pm, on full program days (no school) a 6-8 hour shift will be requested.
• Summer Hours: 6am-6pm (flexibility within those hours)
• Total hours per week: During the School Year-30 hours/week, During Summer-30 to 40 hours/week available (25+ hours receive full time benefits)
• Experience isn’t required, but helpful!

What you’ll do:

• Implement KCE’s curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn while following coronavirus health and safety measures and more.
• Partner and communicate with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
