Job Title: Teacher Associate

In search of someone who is fun, dedicated, and excited to teach and interact with children! College level education and experience is preferred but not required. We're willing to train!

Responsibilities of this job include:
● Keeping children safe, entertained, and happy
● Preparing curriculum for the students and planning and carrying out developmentally appropriate activities
● Encouraging social-emotional learning and developmentally appropriate self expression of the children
● Classroom behavior management and modelling appropriate behaviors
● Collaborating and communicating effectively with the other staff members at the center
● Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
● Communicating with parents during pick up and drop offs
● Documentation of diapering, meals, incidents, curriculum, etc.
● Teaching children basic life skills, toileting, dressing, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Our preferred candidate is someone excited to work with children and other qualified, dedicated educators, as one cohesive, happy team. Our preferred candidate is also:
✓ 20 years of age
✓ High school graduate or completed a GED program
✓ Background in childcare and relevant education
✓ Can pass a background check
✓ Has a love for working with children
✓ Reliable transportation
