Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is currently looking for an experienced Service Unit Lead to join our firm in an effort to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)'s Air Traffic Organization (ATO) and its directorates to accomplish technical, administrative, and managerial activities necessary to achieve its organizational and programmatic goals and strategic directives. This position is primarily Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. • Fulfill requirements related to ATO specific work orders
• Responsible for all staffing coordination and general supervision of employees fulfilling requirements on the work order(s) supporting the corresponding ATO Service Unit.
• Responsible for tracking the labor hours expended, costs incurred, and remaining funding on assigned work order(s).

• Provide the appropriate program management and project control necessary to manage each work order issued under this contract, so that work order cost, schedule and quality requirements are continually tracked, status is appropriately communicated to the FAA, and the work order is performed successfully.

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Ability to lead/work with minimal direction in team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Knowledge of budgetary processes

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelors (BS) Degree
• Requires at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with the FAA ATO is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Seeking Task Leads with experience in ATO training, finance, air traffic, and other ATO functions
• Located in Washington D.C. or Oklahoma City, OK highly preferred
