Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside the military, Government civilians, and other Government contractors.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? In this position you will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate points of contact, and assisting in oversight, policy development and guidance of targeting enterprise. You will also assist with integration of targeting into warfighting concepts across the HAF staff, MAJCOMs, Joint Staff, and OSD, bringing best practices, examples, and expertise to the government to accomplish this task. You must be fully versed in the entire spectrum and skills related to targeting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the Government to identify and analyze core targeting capabilities
• Understand, analyze and brief emerging weapons
• Understand, brief, and integrate ABMS and JADC2
• Deliver appropriately coordinated and formatted responses to Military Targeting Committee (MTC)
• Provide support to the MTC Executive Steering Council (ESC), MTC, MTC Subcommittees and affiliated working groups, MTC Action Plan (MAP) items and any derived tasks requiring a USAF response. The responses should align with other DAF, Joint, and IC initiatives and clearly state the USAF equities and position.
• Deliver appropriately coordinated and formatted responses to Air Force Target Capability Working Group (TCWG) and TCWG-charted fora actions that require HAF input. The responses will be coordinated Headquarters Air Force directorates and A2/6 divisions. The responses should align with other DAF, Joint, and IC initiatives and clearly state the HAF equities and position.
• Prepare timely written and oral communications to support formal coordination with internal DAF organization and external organizations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Three (3) years Targeting experience in the DoD, with or without Headquarters, Joint Staff, or any MAJCOM
• Graduated from a U.S. military service level Targeting course or Joint Targeting School. Certifications or a DD214 are required to validate education completeness.

The following is preferred:

• Five (5) years of Targeting experience working within the DoD. This should include one (1) year exposure working for Headquarters, Joint Staff, or any MAJCOM.
• Graduated from at least one (1) course at the Joint Targeting School or service equivalent Certifications or a DD214 are required to validate education completeness.
