Talent & Development Specialist Job at Maersk
As the Talent & Development (T&D) Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality and on time T&D outputs in order to enable great employee experience. This role supports the organization and People Function with specific T&D knowledge.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Talent & Development products
- Attention to detail
- Ability to speak with people at different levels of the organization
Responsibilities: - Facilitate drop-in sessions, workshops and other trainings related to all products within the T&D portfolio
- Sparring partners for People Partners and People Advisors
- Actively seeks feedback for continuous improvement
- Support local trainings not covered by global corporate programs
- Support leader and People Partner in developing Team Building Activities and, in certain circumstances, act as co-facilitator.
