Job Summary:

The Talent Development and Culture Manager III will create and bring to life the strategic vision and direction for HR and Culture capabilities at FieldCore. This role will operate as a subject matter expert and project portfolio manager for key programs and initiatives that impact or are aligned to HR Operations, Talent Development and Culture. Will work closely with the HR leadership teams, centers of excellence, HR managers, consultants, and business partners to lead, monitor and/or consult on initiatives of varying size, duration, and complexity. Will drive highly visible global HR programs with a focus on innovation and culture as well as HR Operations and Talent Development initiatives. The objective is to build an embedded Talent Development and Culture solution that reflects the unique employee value proposition at FieldCore, “Empowering People that Power the World”. Responsible for stakeholder management this role will present findings and recommendations to gain alignment, affect change and drive the successful execution of initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR leadership to manage the processes and initiatives required to make the Talent Development and Culture strategy and vision for our unique workforce a reality
  • Drive an employee experience strategy that is understood and endorsed by key stakeholders including executive leadership, employees, customers, and partners
  • Maintain the integrated roadmap for digital initiatives that power the Talent Development space
  • Manage programs and initiatives costs and resources to bring the most value and impact possible to FieldCore employees
  • Partner with other HR Operations and functional teams to identify, prioritize and develop opportunities to further talent development and the employee experience
  • Distill and deliver regular updates on the progress of Talent Development and Culture initiatives to keep the HR Leadership team involved and up to date on all decisions, design and progress; escalate effectively where needed
  • Conduct analysis findings and recommendations to senior leadership to gain alignment, affect change and influence long term strategies, including co-creation with senior leadership
  • Provide strategic and operational support to leadership and business stakeholders in preparing and delivering content
  • Align initiative delivery with broader organizational priorities and foundational programs
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand employee behaviors and identify unmet needs / opportunities in current experiences
  • Advise HR functional teams on strategy and policy design opportunities to improve the workforce experience and advancement opportunities
  • Manage multiple initiatives at once, including project tasks, budget, and timeline
  • Ensures an effective management of change strategy is created for all functional initiatives
  • Monitor performance and recommend scope, timeline, cost, or resource adjustments
  • Travel required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is required
  • 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • English proficiency required

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management process: initiating, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing
  • Strong executive communications and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to implement processes and procedures
  • HR Certification preferred
