Role Summary >>
Hawk-Eye Innovations is a Sony business, responsible for delivering world-class sports technology in areas such as officiating, broadcast and fan engagement.
The role of a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hawk-Eye is to collaborate with the hiring teams in your client groups across our operational business areas and our core office functions. Based in our North American HQ in Atlanta, GA, you will be a key part of the Global Talent Acquisition function, working closely with our team at Head Office in the UK. We are a passionate and high-value team within the wider Sony Sports businesses with the goal of attracting the best talent at all times.
The role manages the candidate journey from application to offer within our global operations teams. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, therefore you will need to rapidly identify, attract and screen potential candidates for a wide variety of vacancies, as well as interview and manage the offer-to-hire process.

You’ll be a true ambassador for our brand and business, providing candidates and hiring teams with an exceptional experience. You will have the opportunity to support project work, attend recruitment events and be a part of our early careers schemes for operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a TA Partner within Hawk-Eye Innovations you'll need to:
  • Collaborate with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Department Heads, and Hiring Teams to deliver an innovative and scalable recruitment experience, implementing best practices whilst managing a high volume of roles.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of operational roles, managing high-volume hiring into areas such as Baseball, Football, Soccer, Basketball and Head Office roles.
  • Support the business to make selection decisions on the best talent for each of the roles available, being seen as the expert in the room.
  • Manage multiple applicant tracking systems (Pinpoint, Workday), ensuring that all candidates are tracked and supported throughout our hiring process, alongside ensuring that data in the system (Workday) is accurate, meets OFCCP compliance and is up to date.
  • Administer our recruitment process through the use of innovative technology such as Bryq Assessments and myInterview one-way video interviews.
  • You will manage the setup of our recruitment processes and lead the review of candidates.
  • You will have the opportunity to set up and run operational assessment centres through virtual and in-person methods.
  • Investigate different access points to new talent pools
  • Work with the TA team and the business to develop placement opportunities globally
  • Ensure a remarkable candidate experience at all times, to ensure Hawk-Eye Innovations is regarded as the industry employer of choice.

  • A passion to recruit the best talent across a wide range of business areas within the Hawk-Eye Innovations business.
  • Demonstrable experience in hiring high-volume roles.
  • Experience in building ad managing talent pipelines for niche roles.
  • The ability to handle multiple live roles at one time and provide the best candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Adherence to best practices and a desire to stay up to date with new approaches to candidate attraction, engagement and selection.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build credible relationships quickly and effectively.
  • A desire to be part of Talent Acquisition projects linked to Employer Branding, Early Careers and Continuous Improvement for Talent Acquisition.

  • A desire and passion for working in the sports industry.
  • Demonstrable success in hiring early careers to mid-career level talent.
  • Good commercial acumen.
