Position Overview
Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for proactively sourcing top talent. Partnering with hiring leaders, Talent Acquisition Business Partner will define requirements and develop a targeted recruitment approach.

Area of Focus
Talent Acquisition Business Partner will focus on recruiting projects, influence hiring decisions, coach internal customers, develop and update recruiting metric trends for all locations and industries and directly manage the recruiting and hiring processes from requisition to the onboarding phase.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support through value-added recruiting strategies relating to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and operational efficiency
  • Mentors team members with innovative resources, tools and techniques in recruiting
  • Aligned business goals and strategy, partner with developing effective staffing solutions to address skills gaps
  • Actively participate and network with associations, social networks, and sales/marketing groups to build a network of candidates on an on-going basis while promoting our employer brand
  • Responsible for day-to-day recruiting operation decisions such as requisition process, metrics, training and project management of specific recruiting assignments
  • Must develop and maintain a high level of operational and business knowledge regarding departments and functions
  • Lead the administration of the applicant tracing system and recruiting related process improvements
  • Effectively fulfill the role of a HR team member while participating in a performance-driven team.
  • Multi-task with recruiting functions including setting prospective candidates for background checks, post-offer physicals and coordinating training with local HR Representatives as well as Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance representatives
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as the ability to balance several priorities from multiple sources required; flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands necessary
  • Work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of experience in staffing or human resources administration or a related field, or equivalent years of education and related experience
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Working knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Human Resources and/or Staffing experience
  • Detailed Oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English and (Bilingual in English & Spanish Languages - preferred)
  • Manufacturing industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
