Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3 with our direct client. (Remote)

  • Opportunity is remote, however it is preferred for this candidate reside within 50-60 miles of Linthicum, MD to (as needed) support local hiring events and meeting with hiring managers.

As a member of the Engineering & Science Talent Acquisition team, you will perform full lifecycle recruiting for specialized skills within Engineering and Information Technology.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management OR Masters and 6 years relevant experience OR an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience.
  • Ability to understand relevant technical skills, target companies and user groups.
  • Ability and willingness to support occasional travel/ on-site events throughout the Mission Systems sector.
  • Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a consultant/ advisor to hiring managers or clients to drive business results and influence change.
  • Ability to understand relevant technical skills, target companies and user groups.
  • Ability and willingness to support occasional travel/ on-site events throughout the Mission Systems sector.
