The Systems Support Engineer position is a full-time position providing second and third level user support, managing the firm wide print/MFD environment, producing webinars, facilitating warranty hardware maintenance, coordinating remote office support, and managing telephones and mobile phones.

The Systems Support Engineer position is a full-time position providing second and third level user support, managing the firm wide print/MFD environment, producing webinars, facilitating warranty hardware maintenance, coordinating remote office support, and managing telephones and mobile phones.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for providing the day-to-day administration of the audio/video solutions to insure quality and timely installation and support of digital audio/video systems.
- Create videos from recordings of meetings and webinars.
- Coordinate for end user mobile device setups, provide troubleshooting, training, and corporate mobility administration with wireless carrier.
- Coordinate and track printer, laptop and desktop warranty repair work with hardware vendors.
- Provide second level support and administration of the IP telephony and MFD/print environment.
- Provide backup support on email flow/filtering and second level support form mobility incidents.
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support for the Minneapolis headquarters and remote offices.
- Assist with IT technology projects as assigned.
Candidates should have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Windows, and other standard law firm applications. Mobility and Audio Visual experience preferred. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and client service skills required.
