Job Description
The Quality Manager of Field Systems Integration will report to the Group Director of Quality within the Supply Chain function and will support the LMR (Land Mobile Radio) business. This individual is a “change agent” and will partner with internal executive stakeholders to support systems integration projects across North America as it relates to project quality management. The Quality Manager of Field Systems Integration is also responsible for frontline LMR Quality deliverables as defined by the SDSI (Software Deployment & Systems Integration) quality program.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Collaborate and partner with LMR Systems Integration Project Stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality expectations and objectives

Partner with LMR Systems Integration project stakeholders to identify cost savings opportunities and drive improvements

Develop, plan and execute LMR QMS audits to ensure all regulatory, customer and internal procedures and requirements are followed

Develop and implement quality plans to support LMR projects

Ensure quality KPIs and KPI performance is aligned with and supports business needs and expectations

Foster a culture of RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action)

Collaborate with LMR SI (Systems Integration) PMO and Engineering practice office to identify and eliminate process variation

Identify opportunities for new quality tools, standards and methodologies

Make data driven business decisions

Analyze transactional survey data, develop action plans and drive improvements

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline

5 years of experience leading a team of direct and indirect employees

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)

Exceptional presentation and communication skills

Strong quantitative analysis and problem solving skills

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and or CMMI

Exceptional Internal and External customer skills

Strong leadership attributes
Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline

5 years of experience leading a team of direct and indirect employees

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
Travel Requirements Under 25%
