Systems Analyst


Location:
West Salem Clinic | 1233 Edgewater Street NW, Salem OR 97304 (Not a Remote Position)

Job Status: Full-time, Monday-Friday


YOUR ROLE:

As one of our highly qualified Data Analyst you will collect information from end users and management to document processes as well as create reports based on the information obtained. You will develop, analyzes and updates agency reporting services and Power BI reports that include but is not limited to clinical quality, provider productivity, analysis of patient wait time, and HRSA and CCO measures.


SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Gathers requirements, performs analysis, design, and development of existing and/or new EHR templates, stored procedures, documents, applications, processes, and workflows.
  • Performs quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports, documents, templates, triggers, and stored procedures.
  • Analyzes opportunities using reports and process improvement methodologies in all areas of the organization’s operations, including patient scheduling, workflow, and management.
  • Provides support to staff, including complex analysis and troubleshooting various IT systems and technical processes, and properly document work performed in HelpDesk system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare data sources, quality data, databases, spreadsheets, data presentation.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Excellent in internal and external customer service.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data sources.
  • Knowledge of health system quality improvement data measurement and utilization management.
  • Knowledge of clinic data presentation, reporting and spreadsheets.
  • Valid Oregon Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance (this position requires driving, and a motor vehicle report is conducted prior to hiring).
