The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Provides the highest level of customer service to clients and patients alike
- Answers high volume of incoming telephone calls and determines purpose of callers and forwards calls to appropriate.
- This person will be answering approximately 500 calls/day between 2 operators.
- Takes and delivers messages and/or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personal are unavailable.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with addresses, directions, and other information as needed.
- Periodically updates and distributes employee phone extension and voice mail listings.
- Maintains and places work orders for the phone/voice mail system.
- Establishes employee voice mailbox for new hires when requested by Human Resources Coordinator.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday7:30/8 am-4:30/5pm
- Pay: $17/hour to Start
