Summary of Position

As a Dealer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our network of dealers and helping them grow their business. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and comfortable in a business development role. Your primary goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Attracting new clients by promoting our exclusive product
  • Research data on your target market
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to potential new dealers and distributors.
  • Communicate the value of our product in a timely manner
  • Coach, train and mentor new dealers and distributors
  • Follow up on potential prospects
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential dealers and distributor.

Candidate Prerequisites

  • B2B Sales or Support experience
  • Ability to build rapport and present effectively to prospects
  • A resilient and entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset
  • A true team player willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done to succeed
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
  • Able to create, maintain and build professional relationships and rapport
  • Have a strong desire to grow professionally and personally
  • Develop a sound knowledge of market trends
  • Flexibility - this role will be ever-changing
  • Comfortable and confident with sales strategy.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills.
  • Superb attention to detail with minimal errors.
  • Professional writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and CRM’s
