Ingenovis Health is seeking a seasoned healthcare executive to build and lead the Anesthesiology Division of Ingenovis Physician Services from the ground up.
As Senior Vice President, Anesthesiology Division, you’ll leverage your track record of leadership success developing and growing new or existing service lines within healthcare to shape the organization, develop branding and marketing initiatives, and hire talented professionals in support of our business model and objectives.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage the Anesthesiology Division, serving as both visionary and operational leader.

Establish service line delivery model, with go-to-market strategy on a 1-3-5-year horizon within first 90 days, partnering with Physician Services and Ingenovis Health executive team stakeholders – including operations, finance, marketing, HR, and technology.

Organize division into a separately branded, stand-alone entity, with support from Physician Services executive management, Ingenovis Health departmental executives and the Board of Directors.

Develop and then execute against organizational and financial objectives with Physician Services president and other Ingenovis Health executive stakeholders.

Foster a dynamic, open, collaborative, and successful culture to drive organizational performance.

Nurture productive relationships with existing and prospective clients and clinicians.
What you’ll bring:
-
10+ years of progressive responsibility in healthcare workforce solutions, preferably physician practice administration and/or physician & advanced practitioner staffing services.

Track record of executive leadership success developing and growing new or existing service lines within healthcare, ideally in Anesthesiology.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Demonstrated understanding of healthcare delivery management and clinical operations, ideally with in-depth knowledge of anesthesiology service models, regulatory environment, licensure requirements and key trends.

Firm understanding of tools used to grow and manage a workforce solutions business, such as CRM, ATS, Digital Media Platforms, pay/bill systems, and financial reporting.

Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to interact with and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives, clients, physicians, and cross-functional team members on complex topics through effective verbal and written communication in a variety of in-person and virtual medium.

Proven data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated organizational and people leadership skills, fostering an open, collaborative environment to drive organizational performance.

Compensation Range
