Position Details:
- Full Time preferred but part-time is also possible
- Position location is flexible, either Little Rock or Fayetteville Arkansas, Memphis or Nashville Tennessee, Lenexa Kansas
Required Experience:
- 2 years experience documenting projects with U.S. Green Building Council LEED® Rating System (CI, O&M or BD&C)
- LEED AP credential
- Proficiency reading construction plans
- Demonstrable knowledge of and interest in current sustainability issues, practices, and technologies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the research and documentation of LEED, Net Zero, energy efficiency, and sustainability consulting projects
- Monitor materials tracking and assist with materials research
- Track project progress towards sustainability goals and communicate progress to teams
- Provide guidance to client owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
Required Professional Attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software
Preferred Professional Attributes:
- WELL credential
- Other sustainability Third-party rating system experience
- Experienced with the California Green Building Standard Code
