Job Description
Support the delivery of ENGIE Impact’s Carbon Advising, Strategic Advising, and Energy Management solutions . Lead the delivery of Facility Performance Management and HUBA solutions.

Function

  • Support complex client engagements and work collaboratively across Strategic Advising and Energy Management teams to provide customized deliverables for Sustainability Advising clients.
  • Support delivery of ENGIE Impact’s Carbon Management Solutions including carbon advising, GHG inventory report development, inventory management planning, CDP reporting guidance, and other carbon accounting activities.
  • Lead the delivery of ENGIE Impact’s HUBA and Facility Performance Management solutions.
  • Advise and support client staff (corporate energy managers, facility managers, engineers, technicians) through root cause identification and resolution of energy and water consumption outliers.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve tools, processes, and templates for the HUBA and Facility Performance Management products.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships to position ENGIE Impact as a thought leader and trusted advisor
  • Analyze and interpret tax language and rate structures to optimize potential city, state, and sales tax exemptions, caps and incentives relative to the purchase of electricity and/or natural gas.
  • Build strong familiarity with GESA solutions to identify areas where the Sustainability Analysts and Resource Management team can support.
  • Perform ENERGY STAR® Certification audits of client facilities
  • Participate in industry events and training programs, including conferences, webinars, and other opportunities

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Relevant industry training or certification desirable
  • 3+ years of direct experience in energy or sustainability management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Demonstrated experience in any of the following resource areas: energy, water, waste, carbon, renewables
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams and participating in complex projects and programs
  • Project management experience required
  • Demonstrate passion, drive and commitment to overcome challenges and achieve excellent results in alignment with company’s mission, vision and values
  • Possess creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in diverse and matrix structured organizations
  • Skilled in synthesizing qualitative/quantitative data, recognizing patterns and developing non-prescriptive solutions
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and react effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, high intensity environment and independently prioritize activities to deliver results
  • Ability to provide world-class customer service to both internal and external customers, combined with superior emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to understand a system/process by examining the linkages and interactions between the components that comprise the entirety of that defined system (Systems Thinking)
  • Critical thinker who can formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create well-structured narratives to express it, both verbally and in writing
  • Skilled in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL, and CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce)

Additional Information:

The pay range for this role is: $59,000-$89,000.

The listed salary range represents ENGIE’s good faith estimate and is based on a wide range of factors, including candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, seniority, and location. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
