We are seeking a highly motivated dental assistant to work on our team of dedicated caring staff members who are passionate about changing patient's lives.

Our growing company, Advanced Dental Implant Center, is seeking a positive individual with great organization and communication skills join our Dental Assistant Team.

The ideal candidate will have previous dental restorative and surgical experience.

The Assistant will work alongside the Doctor and assist them in life changing procedures while comforting and providing a premium patient experience.

You may have noticed we are heading into the digital world in dentistry.

If you have experience with the new digital approach with scanning and the conversion process, this is a major plus that would be reflected in your salary options.

Pay

For those with experience in surgical and complex dental procedures. $25-$28 an hour.
Depending on your level of experience

HOWEVER, if you have experience with the restorative and conversion process, scanning, design etc. $30-$35 an hour.

Key Tasks:
The requirements listed below are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Seating patients and assisting doctors chair side
• Anticipating what the Doctor needs, and assisting chair side
• Taking x-rays, CBCT, Pano and other records
• Sterilization/disinfection, maintenance and stocking
• Digital Scanning with Intraoral Scanner (trios/3 Shape and InstaRisa, etc) or ability to learn this pretty rapidliy, but not uneasy with out new digital world.
• Traditional dental impressions and basic lab work polishing and adjusting prostheses
• Setting up for and assisting with various dental procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be a people person with a great caring attitude and attention to detail, willing to listen to our patients
• Dental and Surgical assisting experience required
• Experience with sedated patients a plus
