SUPPORT TECH/LOT ATTENDANT- North Salt Lake Job at Wanship Transportation
Wanship Transportation has been a refrigerated transportation leader in the Western States for over 30 years. Our specialty is moving less than truckload (LTL) freight. Wanship has expanded its reach to include a refrigerated warehouse in South Salt Lake. EPACC South-West cold storage boasts 30,000 square feet of temperature-controlled storage. In addition, the facility is responsible for all cross-docking of Wanship LTL freight.
This position is an entry level position into the world of diesel mechanics and assists the mechanics under the direction of the Fleet Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist with mechanical repairs
Washing, steam cleaning & power washing floors, trailers, and trucks
Qualifications:
Driver’s License
Mechanically inclined
Motivated Self Starter
Able to lift 50lbs as needed
Schedule:
Dayshift: Wednesday- Saturday or Saturday - Wednesday
