Support Staff (LPN, Certified Medical Assistant, EMT)


The Support Staff position is responsible for ensuring patient flow from intake through completion of the patient visit. This position also provides coordination of care, medical and disease education, and outreach services to Access medical patients during visits and in between visits to address patient needs and inquiries. This position will actively manage patient’s immediate and ongoing needs with attention to acute and preventive intervention.

Qualifications: Desired candidate may meet a combination of the following qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA)
  • Emergency Medical Technician

Desired Qualifications:
  • One year or more experience as LPN/CMA/EMT
  • Previous work experience in medical primary clinic setting
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
