GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Andy Frain Services is the Private Security provider for multiple venues in Dallas,TX. Event / Admin Support will provide administrative and clerical support within the office. Admin Support is tasked to schedule AFS staff to fill all event shifts using our scheduling system and effectively communicate schedules to staff via email, phone, or in person. Works event days to clock staff in/out and get them uniformed.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Strong Customer Service skills are a must.
  • Field emails and calls for schedule updates and changes.
  • Point of contact for new schedule requests and fulfillment will maintain appropriate supply levels to support operational needs.
  • Communicate effectively to management regarding schedule status.
  • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
  • Provide technical software support to employees or applicants via phone.
  • Present a professional and pleasant image of the product and company.
  • Exceed expectations with outstanding customer service.
  • Train in IdentoGo for fingerprinting.
  • Provide support on event days as instructed by the Business Services Coordinator.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The following are the minimum qualifications that an individual needs to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position successfully.

  • High School Diploma required Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledgeable with standard office machines (fax, photocopy, scanner, telephone systems).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office administrative duties.
  • Ability to learn company-provided software.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams
  • Previous experience with a strong focus on customer service, call centers, high volume employee or customer outreach.
  • Must be a process-focused individual able to multi-task in challenging, sometimes situations.
  • Must be able to adapt quickly and follow directions easily.

  • Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 pounds (event evacuation) and stair climbing.
  • Ability to sit, twist, turn, and bend as required to perform duties within the facility.
  • Must be capable of standing for long periods.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
