Job Overview

The Vendor Services Team focuses efforts on supplier education and the communication of electronic programs. The goal is to streamline the payment process for our clients while improving the speed of payment receipt by providing suppliers a comprehensive automated solution. This position will serve as a supportive resource for this team, and includes achieving assigned quotas, data gathering, and data entry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to provide suppliers with value driven education
  • Provide a professional and informative customer service experience for existing suppliers
  • Perform exceptional data entry in our CRM
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve business practices
  • Support the efforts of Vendor Services activities within AvidXchange
  • Professionally represent AvidXchange and its offerings by creating supplier excitement
  • Support a team environment by sharing best practices, maintaining a winning mindset, and embracing values based culture with a great place to work.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualification

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ prior outbound calling experience required
  • 1-2+ years customer service or accounting experience is preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned quotas and goals
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a dedicated work ethic
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong proficiency in the use of computer software programs including Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential; experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills
