Camp Lenox - a top summer camp in Massachusetts, is currently looking for able-bodied and athletic college-aged people to join us as camp counselors this summer. This is a great work-travel opportunity to explore a new part of the country and meet new people from all over the world!

Salary range $2200-2600 for the summer + (Room, board, travel allowance, living expenses)

We are looking for people with competitive skills and/or experience in boat driving, swimming, lifeguarding, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, ropes course, hockey, lacrosse, football, softball, gymnastics, dance, fitness, cooking, and any other athletic skill you feel is applicable to a summer camp environment.

*Summer season is from June 15th to August 11th, 2023. Camp Lenox is located in Otis, Massachusetts*. **Arrival date is negotiable**

Must have effective communication skills, and a strong sense of community connection. Other administrative duties will be required.
* Ability to communicate and work with children aged 7-16 of differing skill levels and provide them with the necessary instruction.
* Ability to observe camper behavior, assess its appropriateness, enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures, and apply appropriate behavior management techniques.
* Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to the activity.
* Will be a group counselor and instructor during athletic training
* Responsibility to maintain their activity area

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per month
