Are you looking for an engaging, physical job, but can't commit to a regular weekly schedule? This position provides a variable hour schedule with 4-40 hours per week, depending on the department. Our Substitute Staff are trained to work in one department with plenty of shifts to sign up for. The following departments are hiring.

Grocery

Our Grocery staff is happy with a job that involves physical, detailed-oriented work. This department maintains inventory on shelves and in freezers, and works closely with customers to make sure they can find what they need. Right now our ideal subs are seeking 3-5 days of work each week with weekend and evening availability.

Cashier

We are looking for staff who thrive on providing excellent customer service and enjoy fast paced, physical work. Our substitute staff (subs) enjoy signing up for shifts when we need extra help or to cover vacations and absences. There are substantial hours available to fill.

Cashier subs provide friendly and accurate service to our customers as they complete their shopping experience.

Deli

Are you passionate about working with food? Looking for a commercial kitchen that is clean, friendly, and professional?

We are looking for a qualified kitchen professional with a passion for high quality food and exceptional customer service. Do you love building relationships with your community while serving up freshly-made, high-quality, healthy foods? Our Deli Staff ensure that our customers can count on having an excellent Co-op experience. Job duties include preparing our Co-op recipes, merchandising, stocking product, and answering customer questions.

Produce

This department offers a chance to get to know local farmers and producers, and work with high-quality fruits and vegetables. If you're interested in learning more about the path of local products from vendor to plate, this job might be for you! This position involves exceptional customer service skills and physical work with regular lifting of 60 lbs.

Bulk, Cheese, Dairy

Eager to work with bulk essentials and local dairy products? Our Bulk, Cheese, Dairy department subs will work with our team to ensure that our coolers and bulk bins are well-stocked. This position involves physical work with regular lifting of 50 lb items.
