We are seeking experienced and established 1099 Subcontractor Crews located in the Greater Charleston Area to install fences, pergolas, painting, staining, and installing screened porches/additions. Ideal crews will consist of 4 crew members with a working crew owner/foreman responsible for the crew at all times.

We kindly ask for crews not to apply if you do not own your own truck/trailer and tools, do not have a valid license, if you have unstable crew, or are unable to travel in the tricounty area (main areas we work are Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Moncks Corner, and West Ashley. These are non-negotiable requirements.

Requirements to subcontract with us:

• Must have your own truck, trailer, and tools
• Professional, established, and experienced crew (3-4). It is desired for the company owner to be the crew's foreman and must stay on the installation site with their crew members
• A minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in general construction, carpentry, concrete, etc.
• Ability to travel in the tri-county area
• Professional communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and climates
• Previous experience with Google Drive products preferred
• Clean criminal background
• Proof of applicable insurance and licenses (carpentry/roofing)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,626.20 - $244,267.16 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Summerville, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
