Job Summary
The Donor Relations department in the Office of Advancement, is seeking a student worker to work 15-20 hours per week. Hours range between 7:45am – 4:45pm in 3 hour blocks of time.
Donor Relations, as a unit, provides stewardship to donors that support Auburn University.

Essential Functions
Potential responsibilities include: office and computer tasks (to include but not limited to: shredding, imaging documents to records system, working with spreadsheets/coding for special projects), event work (RSVP management, name tag stuffing, onsite event assistance, assisting with errands for events), and other duties as assigned. Attention to detail is critical.
Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled student at Auburn University, in good academic standing, basic computer and Microsoft Office program knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
Interpersonal communication skills or previous customer service experience.

$8.00/hour
